Services

Six services.
One controlled progression.

Nexus services are structured as an offer ladder rather than a menu of unrelated AI tasks. A client can start with diagnosis, move into a focused implementation, train the team, maintain what is live, expand across the business, and—when appropriate—retain ongoing AI leadership support.

Pricing and scope notice: Starting guidance, planning windows, service examples, and possible deliverables are illustrative only. They are not offers, quotes, guarantees, or binding scopes. Final fees, schedule, deliverables, exclusions, third-party costs, assumptions, client responsibilities, acceptance criteria, support levels, and measurement methods are defined only in a written proposal, statement of work, or other signed agreement.

What changes the price?

Complexity—not the word “AI.”

Pricing generally varies with the number of workflows, systems, integrations, users, stakeholders, locations, data sources, testing requirements, training needs, sensitivity of the information involved, custom development, urgency, support expectations, travel, and third-party software or licensing. Each service page explains the factors most relevant to that engagement.
