How does pricing work?

Public starting prices are illustrative guidance, not quotes. Final fees, third-party costs, milestones, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal or statement of work.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on scope, integrations, data access, testing, client responsiveness, and change requests. Public timeline ranges are examples, not service-level commitments.

Do we have to replace our existing software?

Not by default. Nexus generally evaluates the existing stack first and recommends replacement only when the business and technical case supports it.

What does the client need to provide?

An authorized decision-maker, process owner, accurate baseline information, lawful data/access permissions, timely feedback, testing participation, and acceptance against agreed criteria.

How is client data handled?

Data and access requirements are scoped by purpose, least privilege, and written agreement. Public website forms are not intended for passwords, credentials, regulated data, or confidential documents.

Will AI run everything automatically?

No. Workflows are assigned human-control boundaries. Many use cases are assistive or draft-and-review rather than autonomous.

What will Nexus not automate by default?

Unbounded high-impact decisions, credential sharing, security bypasses, unrestricted financial actions, or regulated decisions that require qualified professional or human control.

Does Nexus guarantee ROI?

No. Nexus can establish baselines, model scenarios, and measure observed changes, but outcomes depend on client systems, data quality, adoption, market conditions, staff behavior, and other variables.

What happens after launch?

If contracted, Managed AI Operations can cover defined monitoring, tuning, issue review, change documentation, KPI review, and controlled enhancements within the agreed service window.

Is Nexus only for construction?

No. Construction is an initial specialization. Fit is determined primarily by workflow repetition, measurable burden, available digital information, risk, and decision-maker readiness.
